When you complete the quote form or email us, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number and email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses, your preferred moving date if you give one, and any notes about the move. We don’t ask for payment details through the website.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to understand your move, prepare a quote and arrange the work if you go ahead. We may contact you by phone or email about your enquiry. We don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.

How it’s stored and shared

Your enquiry is transmitted securely and handled by the people who quote and run your move. We use reCAPTCHA to protect the form from spam, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms. We don’t sell or rent your information to third parties, and we only share it where it’s genuinely needed to deliver your move.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your move and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we remove them. If you’d like your details deleted sooner, email us and we’ll sort it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@wimbledon-removals.co.uk and we’ll respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These don’t identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.
